The new album 'Eros' was all but done late last year but this unfortunately coincided with a terrible car accident badman bassist Chi Cheng was caught in. The music was not released and by the time it was ready, the rest of the band decided to do something new anyway. Not a Par as it may suggest... Chino Moreno said going back to the drawing board "was right artistically". and Eros he says "is still coming".
